Position: HR Data Analyst
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Description:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to find ways to use data effectively and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics successfully.
- Improve the HR analytics approach to tackle business challenges by using advanced analysis, considering data infrastructure and products.
- Explain data insights to stakeholders, helping them make informed business decisions.
- Lead projects to measure and track HR data, aiming for impactful improvements in the organization.
- Create data models for HR initiatives, using predictive analytics to forecast and analyze different business problems.
- Develop a systematic analysis method by combining market research, data, and theory for effective HR analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR analytics, business analytics, organizational research, or organizational psychology.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, including analytics data models, data warehousing, and data product management.
- Proficient in using mainstream data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Qlikview, and PowerBI.
- Proven experience in collaborating with various HR and business stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others. Strong storytelling skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.
