- Attend Enquiries, site show round, tender meetings and interviews
- Liaising with Clients to define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Able to read drawings and calculate measurements (ie. Areas, quantity required)
- Prepare and submit tender documents
- Prepare and submit Quotations
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on costing, quotation
- Preparation of monthly progress claim
- Issuance of Works Orders, Purchase Orders
- Prepare and maintain proper tender and project documentation
- Tender support, mainly for pricing
