Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations of maintenance of M&E systems by tracking progress, updating and submission of service reports, checklists and parts/repair recommendations to clients.
- Planning of project, maintenance and repair schedule.
- Responsible for project management including coordination, supervision and monitoring quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors for timely execution of works for maintenance and projects.
- Conduct to site survey, measurements and supervision of works carried out by technicians or sub-contractors.
- Assist in proposals, tenders costings and quotations to clients.
- Follow up for billing and invoicing to clients for work done.
Requirements
- Diploma with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in M&E sector or fresh graduate
- Self–motivated, proactive, organized and meticulous, possess strong planning skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of local standards and requirements
- Possess own transport will be a bonus
