Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the corresponding work of the technical management division of the department.
- Participate in the design of projects, act as the general project leader, project leader, approver or auditor when necessary, fulfill the responsibilities stipulated by the project quality management system, promote advanced technology, use knowledge management methods and train young project leaders.
- Lead or participate in scientific research projects and standardization work as required.
- Participate in technical review and quality inspection of department-level engineering projects.
- Participate in internal and external technical exchanges and training, obtain industry technical development information, and promote the improvement of the department's technical level.
- Promote the improvement of the technical level of design engineers, and train them as internal lecturers when necessary.
- Participate in professional construction activities as the leader of the major.
Requirements
- Proficient in municipal highway industry knowledge and familiar with industry policies and regulations;
- Have rich experience in urban bridge project design, and have the technical ability of large and complex urban bridge. Presided over and completed more than 3 large urban bridge design projects in recent 5 years;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, reporting skills, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to lead the team to achieve the work objectives efficiently;
- More than 10 years of working experience, with large A1 contractors or design consultants, specialising in design institute or large urban viaduct, tunnelling projects, urban landscape bridge project related working experience is preferred;
- Applicant should have a formal position in overseas famous universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and R&& institutions, with more than 3 years of experience.
