BIM Modeler | BIM Drafter / Coordinator | Sengkang
- Salary range: $3000 - $4000
- Work location: 250 Jalan Kayu, Singapore 799475 [Sengkang]
- Working Days: 5.5 Days [Alternate Saturday]
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm // 9am - 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BIM Model, Shop drawings & detail drawings of building according to requirements.
- Coordinate with Subcontracts/Engineer to ensure that all drawings are submitted on time.
- To liaise with contractors and clients on coordination issues highlighted and resolved.
- To attend meeting with client.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software & M&E Services
- Able to read & understand technical drawing and translate to concept.
- Preferably with experience in Fire protection system.
