Responsibilities:
- Provide lease administration support to the Department.
- Ensure tenancy documents are properly executed and documentation in line with SOP.
- Process all lease documents and payments.
- Ensure all lease related forms are submitted by prospects and tenants.
- Update and maintain the databases for contacts of prospects and tenants.
- Process payments that is relating to the Department.
- Liaison works with appointed lawyers for stamping purposes.
- Perform other administrative support i.e. arrange courier services, flower orders, sponsorship of gift.
- Assist in stationery and office supplies to the Department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a major commercial landlord
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words is preferred.
