Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend relevant products and services.
- Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers.
- Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
- Coordinate with the respective departments in terms of booking, aftersales and customer’s enquiry.
- Ensure the customer database is updated accurately and promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience is not necessary.
- Willing to learn.
- Proficient in speaking and typing English and Chinese a must as clients is Chinese speaking.
- Savvy in travel products and/or frequent travellers preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends is a must.
