Responsibilities:
- Review tender drawings and specifications
- Request quotations and negotiation of prices with Sub-Contractors
- Calculate quantity take off, prepare quotations / Bills of Quantities of materials and labours for submission of Tender Documents
- Prepare design drawing and as-built drawing with AutoCAD
- Support project team in administrating & monitoring the progress of projects
- Processing of purchase orders
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Attend site meetings when required
- Take on additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Building or Construction management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Min 3 years experience
- Must be computer literate, familiar & able to use software programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad, MS Project
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Mature with initiative and able to work independently
