Job Responsibilities
-Review architectural drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues
-Conduct risk assessment at sites to identify potential risks, and take reasonably practicable steps to eliminate risk
-Coordinate with subcontractor on the proper execution of construction works
-Implement of Safety and quality policy plan
-Carry out site inspections and coordinate sub-con works
-Monitoring PPVC casting, delivery and installation schedule and progress
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Structural/Architecture or related disciplines, preferably from a recognized university accredited with PEB Singapore
-Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit
-Excellent at reading and understanding construction plan and drawings
-Experience with private or public residential projects would be advantageous
-At least 3-4 years of working experience in a related field
