This is a 12 months contract, work location at CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring sales incentives and commercial incentives are calculated in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with applicable policies and agreements.
- Conduct in-depth analytical review of sales incentives and commercial incentives, and prepare clear and concise management reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and perform adjustments/reconciliations, as necessary.
- Communicate incentives calculations to Sales team and Clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate pay-out of incentives.
- Provide training to Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with Revenue Manager to develop and maintain robust incentives processes with strong client-focus and continuous improvement mindset.
- Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives, internal audit, etc.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields. MBA degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields.
- Highly analytical; Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
