School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (NTU EEE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. The research fellow will work on project on Li-ion battery ageing analysis and experiment testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform experiment testing for Li-ion batteries
- Development of heath indicators based on the experiment testing data
- Development of machine learning models for battery health assessment and remaining useful life prediction
Job Requirements:
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Expert knowledge in Li-ion batteries and machine learning techniques, as well experiment testing
- Research experience with battery ageing analysis, machine learning model development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- Able to work independently and in a team to realize proposed research work
- Publication track record is an advantage
- Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as matlab and Python
