Responsibilities:
• Foster robust relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for harnessing data effectively, facilitating the successful delivery of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Develop and refine our approach to HR analytics for addressing business challenges through advanced analysis and a comprehensive understanding of data infrastructure and products.
• Interpret and communicate data insights to stakeholders, empowering them to make informed business decisions based on data.
• Take the lead on HR data and metrics projects aimed at creating meaningful measures and benchmarks to enhance and optimize organizational performance.
• Create and implement data models to support forward-thinking HR initiatives, utilizing predictive analytics to anticipate, evaluate, and analyze various business challenges and objectives.
• Establish a rigorous and systematic analytical model and methodology, integrating market research, data, and theory to drive impactful HR analysis.
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience in HR analytics, business analytics, organizational research, or organizational psychology.
• Extensive expertise in data analysis, including analytics data models, data warehousing, and data product management.
• Proficient in utilizing popular data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Qlikview, and PowerBI.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with various HR and business stakeholders, possessing exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively. Proficient in storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of utilizing data to extract valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.
