About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, revenue growth, and brand awareness in the Indonesia market through effective field marketing strategies while also supporting the broader SEA market. This role will involve planning and executing field marketing events, seminars, conferences, trade shows, and user community programs to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and foster customer development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field marketing and demand generation strategies targeting the Indonesian market (to drive Google Cloud consideration, adoption and customer success through extensive, integrated online, offline, direct and indirect go-to-market programs.
- Plan and execute field marketing events and programs to drive brand awareness, new business acquisition, and customer development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing assets and content.
- Drive lead generation through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing and demand generation campaigns.
- Manage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey, working closely with the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in field marketing and demand generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation, with a focus on the Indonesian market.
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful field marketing events and programs.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ownership mindset, and proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and derive insights.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and challenge assumptions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and relevant technologies.
