Our client, an international insurance company in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as a Telemarketing Specialist.
Job Profile Summary:
This individual will conduct telemarketing calls to promote and assist in the application of product with clear and concise product knowledge and references, to existing bank customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect customer information as needed to serve client and close sales
· Achieve channel bancassurance targets in partnership segments through telemarketing and referrals
· Handle assigned Client list/ base and focus on establishing higher contacts to maximize penetration
· Correspond with customers through phone, e-mails, fax and/ or other electronic communications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Diploma/Degree in Business or related fields of study
· A minimum 2 years of related work experience
· Relevant experience in telemarketing with track record in sales is a plus
· Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment to make things happen
