Position: Human Resource Compensation and Benefit Executive
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Bonus
Job Description:
- Assist the team in implementing and communicating the compensation philosophy, policies, and programs.
- Aid the team in preparing necessary materials for the contracting and onboarding of new vendors.
- Contribute to the implementation of compensation and global mobility modules through the new core HR system.
- Assist in Share Plan Administration.
- Support the team in various compensation and global mobility initiatives and projects as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with advantageous knowledge and experience in vendor management.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with effective communication skills, capable of engaging and partnering with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive in initiating and recommending changes to enhance existing processes.
