Job Responsibility:
- To assist in daily sales coordination, checking / verifying customer’s orders, process purchase order and administrative support functions related in the Sales Department.
- Handling general office administration and coordination such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails.
- To maintain various sales department system price.
- Well organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving.
- Coordinate with logistics check on customers delivery status.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum “N”/ ‘O’ Level and above
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (Liaise with chinese customers)
- Able to work under pressure, multi task & independently
