Job Responsibility:

  • To assist in daily sales coordination, checking / verifying customer’s orders, process purchase order and administrative support functions related in the Sales Department.
  • Handling general office administration and coordination such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails.
  • To maintain various sales department system price.
  • Well organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with logistics check on customers delivery status.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum “N”/ ‘O’ Level and above
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (Liaise with chinese customers)
  • Able to work under pressure, multi task & independently
