JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of role The main objective of this role is to develop, secure and manage large
projects in the decorative coatings market located in Singapore and the
greater Asia Pacific region, by introducing them to the full range of
products Berger has to offer. The role ranges across a variety of activities,
including strategic consultancy, new business development, existing
account management.
Main duties andresponsibilities
Core objectives include:
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Generating new customerrs and increase market Avenues .
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals & Managing projects through the entire life cycle including warranty period
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients & Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and
negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports & maintaining track Records.
• Ensuring prompt payment from customers within stipulated credit period.
• Coordinating with supply chain for timely service of products to customers.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs which includes sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs for new products
• Maintaining client records & answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and product availability.
