The purpose of the Business Development Manager position is to identify and pursue new sales opportunities throughout the Asia Pacific region. This role is responsible for working with the Group General Manager and other departments to develop strategies to identify and attract potential customers, ensure revenue and profitability targets are met, and establish long-term relationships
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Proven BDM experience, preferably in the construction, engineering or related industries
· Fluency in Microsoft Office products and experience with CRM systems
· Ability to travel throughout the APAC region, as required

The position is specifically responsible for:
· Researching and develop new business opportunities throughout the Asia Pacific region to identify sales targets and potential opportunities
· Developing relationships with existing and potential customers by identifying customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions
· Assess market trends and competitions, providing strategic input to the management
· Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, clients and stakeholders in the APAC region.
· Developing and managing sales pipelines to ensure maximum potential
· Supporting marketing activities to promote services to customers
· Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales and customer communication
· Assisting in developing proposals and pricing negotiations for potential customers
· Tracking customer and competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company is aware of any environmental changes that could impact pricing strategies
· Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Liaising with SAS Operations Manager to ensure customer requirements are met.
