Job Description & Requirements
This position reports to the Managing Director, providing support in finalising tender documents, which include drafting contract/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders.
Individual to be involved in:
- Completion of tender documents and quotations
- Drafting contracts
- Daily procurement with vendors
- Contract administration matters for contractors' claims
- Assist in other relevant ad-hoc matters
Competencies required:
1. Strong ability to analyse contractual/legal issues
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Competent in numeric and basic computation
4. Able to decipher simple construction drawings
