Responsibilities:
· Manage full end to end recruitment cycle (including but not limited to: advertising, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components).
· Representing the Company as the first point of contact with potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience process
· Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods.
· Understand and improve current hiring processes, working closely with the HR team and hiring managers to increase efficiency and accuracy.
· Manage recruitment databases and HR assets to drive efficiency.
· Implement innovative sourcing strategies for multiple, complex searches to achieve a robust search strategy and identify the right candidates.
· Provide strong market mapping and competitor's analysis for the company.
Job requirements:
· Minimum 1-3+ years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment.
· Works well in a fast-paced environment and efficiently navigate through ambiguity.
· Strong track record in engaging passive candidates and meeting aggressive hiring goals.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and handle multiple stakeholders.
· Enthusiastic and pro-active individual who is able to drive different HR projects and initiatives.
· Has a positive outlook on Web3/crypto industry.
· Bilingual skills preferred
