This is an additional role which we seek dynamic individual with costing experience to enhance and contribute actively to the success and growth of our businesses.
1) Costing:
- Develop, implement and maintain accurate costing systems in relation to material supply, labour and production methods.
- Work with operations in area of inventory transactions and costing.
- Perform cost updates, product cost and variance analysis.
- Perform MOH cost allocations, revalue item unit pricing and pass journals for month end close.
- Monitoring WIP and stock/output adjustment.
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation and inventory aging reports.
- Perform monthly items GP margin reports.
- Oversee quarter and annual physical inventory count.
- Generate reports from inventory system
- Reconciliation reports between NAV and Inventory system
- Checking and signing of entries before posting AR invoices.
2) Finance:
- To assist queries from auditors.
- To assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
- Ad-hoc support accounting and finance duties.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in costing analysis in manufacturing/ production facility.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Preferably familiar with Navision system and have strong Excel skill.
- Good team player.
