Sales Coordinator
- Salary: $2300 - $2500
- Location: Genting Road - Geylang
- Working Day & Time: 5 Days work week; 8:45am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone and online customer enquiries and assist salesperson with sales quotations to customers.
- Data entry for customer purchase orders and generate invoices and delivery orders.
- Documentation support and follow-up for company online sales.
- Arrange home delivery liaise with customers and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare documentation for statement of accounts, daily sales report and relevant paperwork for collections.
- Follow up on customer outstanding shipments and overdue invoices.
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum "O" level.
- Minimum 1-year experience as Sales Coordinator.
