Job Scope
· To be overall responsible for the operation aspects including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.
· Handling and meeting clients’ expectations
· Ensure licenses are always valid
· Reviewing staffs’ performance
· Implying and setting SOP for daily operations
· Manage team schedules to the needs of the business
· Serve as role model for company values and standards
· Need to onsite to ensure operations are moving smoothly
· Training and briefing staffs on workplace safety and certain job scopes
· Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management to review
· Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties
Job Requirement
· Need to have at least 4 years of experience working in a senior/managerial position in cleaning industry
· Able to work 6 days per week
· Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
