Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region.
We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team, assisting with the day-to-day processing and tracking of payments, as well as other ad-hoc accounting and/or administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Validating and processing invoices, purchase requisition and employee claims.
- Performing entry of invoices into accounting system.
- Assisting in weekly and ad-hoc payments to vendors, suppliers, etc.
- Assisting in Accounts Receivable - billing to customer and chasing of payments.
- Tracking of factory payments.
- Assisting in intercompany billing and reconciliation.
- Assisting in month end closing, including reconciliation of balance sheet and fixed asset schedule.
- Assisting in annual statutory audits and tax filing.
- Filing and any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required.
Requirements include:
- Minimally a Diploma in Finance or Accountancy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, though at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience would be preferred.
- Preferably some hands-on experience with Xero account software.
- Strong knowledge and confidence with Microsoft Excel.
- Highly meticulous, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
