Degree in any human services related field or criminology will be an advantage
- Managing enquiries on a daily basis
- Speaking with enquirers for clarifications
- Reviewing, consulting as needed and crafting replies to members of the public or partners
- May have to write submissions
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any field
- Certification in any human services related field will be an advantage
- Experience in managing frontline operations and communications work
- Good communication skills
