We are looking for a dynamic Managed Services Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in our growth.


Job Responsibilties:


Business Development

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the managed services domain, focusing on SMEs across various sectors in Singapore, especially in Healthcare and Retail.

Cusomer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions that align with their IT and security goals.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting.

Product Expertise

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our managed services offerings, including device protection, data protection, identity and access management, and remediation and response services, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to service implementation and support.

Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets, utilizing CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions and sales progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with at least 3 years of sales experience in the IT or managed services industry.
  • Strong understanding of managed services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure trends, particularly within the Singapore market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends, sales data, and financials to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other technology tools to manage sales processes and analyze data.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages spoken in Singapore being a plus.
