Job Responsibilities:
- Develops business objectives (KGI and KPI) in alignment with management strategies.
- Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities, technologies, and services.
- Identifies marketing opportunities based on consumer requirements.
- Develops and implements comprehensive sales and marketing action plans.
- Achieves marketing and sales financial goals by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
- Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates marketing campaigns, including advertising on various platforms such as websites and exhibitions.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data and trends to provide valuable insights.
- Enhances product marketability and profitability.
- Cultivates relationships with new and existing customers.
- Recruits, selects, trains, and coaches marketing and sales staff to achieve objectives.
- Maintains relationships with key accounts through periodic visits.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Preferably 5 years and more experienced in Engineering, Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication skill and positive work attitude
- Good network of customers
- Resourceful in information (such as market trends and demands)
