What You Will Do


The Global Premium Derma Influencer Lead will be responsible for making influencer marketing a competitive edge for Dr. Ci:Labo and Neostrata brands globally. For Dr. Ci:Labo we aim to achieve top-5 Influencer Reach (paid + earned) in our priority markets (Japan, China, Travel Retail) and achieving competitive skinfluencer mindshare esp. especially vs. key dermo-cosmetic and local skincare brands (Skinceuticals, Kiehl’s, Elixir etc.).


Main responsibilities:


1. Lead Global Influencer Playbook and Content Calendar (incl. R&Rs) with the goal of sharpening Dr. Ci:Labo’s brand edge: Clinic Skincare Expert for Asian Skin.

  • Directly own development of a competitive global annual content calendar for Dr. Ci:Labo, including content toolkits, seedings and tentpole events to fuel our competitive share of advocacy. Also partner with the Neostrata team in USA on the development of influencer strategies and executions for global deployment.
  • Coordinate the execution of the influencer marketing campaigns by the priority countries to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Be a key member of the Global Premium Derma team and collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Marketing, HCP, R&D, Science Engagement, Commercial and CBI – to build our influencer efforts at the heart of all our brand building activities and overall business objectives. Especially build strong synergy and partnership with the Global Dr. Ci:Labo lead in Singapore & Neostrata lead in USA.
  • Lead our R&R playbook and coordinate its global execution to reach top-5 share of R&Rs in our priority countries for Dr. Ci:Labo and Neostrata brands.

2. Lead the build-up of a competitive Global Dr. Ci:Labo influencer Community in Asia, focused on skinfluencers and long-term partnership

  • Strategize and implement creative influencer partnerships tools to support the priority countries in building a balanced, proactive and engaged community of influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audiences.
  • Support priority countries in identifying and collaborating with top skinfluencers, with strongest impact and affinity with the brand edge (Clinic Skincare Expert for Asian Skin)
  • Lead partnership and negotiate contracts/agreements with global/regional high-profile influencers (e.g. Dr Tomori) to ensure clear expectations and deliverables are established, and to maximize our global impact and reach.
  • Act as a liaison between the brand and our top influencers, facilitating communication and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved, especially in tentpole events.

3. Lead the Tracking of our Influencer Marketing performance to drive action and competitiveness with direct accountability for Dr. Ci:Labo and partnership with the Neostrata USA team.

  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics in close collaboration with Traackr, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future collaborations, and drive the action of our priority countries. Our target is to achieve top-5 in Reach and VIT Score in our priority markets.
  • Keep track of best influencer, user-generated and R&Rs content to leverage it for branded omni-channel activations across multiple platforms, and to fuel our advanced consumer understanding and insight in close collaboration with CBI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, in partnership with Traackr and our key agency partners, to identify new opportunities and build a competitive edge.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically in the skincare industry, with 10+ years’ experience. Experience in Asia is a requirement, USA a plus.
  • Strong understanding of skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret influencer performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty is a must.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% or equivalent out of time zone working hours.
