Overview:
The Audio-Visual and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment and ICT systems within the school environment. This role involves supporting all aspects of audio-visual equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and support during various school events and activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Set-ups of Audio Visual equipment during all major school events
- Set up, test and operate sound/light/Audio Visual systems during school events
- Maintain inventory and loan records of Audio Visual and Inforcomm Technology equipment.
- Provide consultation to Head of department/ ICT and Subject Head/ICT on the Audio Visual needs of the school.
- Manage Audio Visual equipment in classrooms and all other special rooms and monitor the equipment usage and carry out maintenance when required.
- Coordinate with vendors on repair services
- Manage the loan and condemnation of Audio Visual and Information Technology Equipments and accessories
- Collaborate and support teachers to effectively utilize the Digital signage and AV system for school-wide communication
Other duties:
- Involve in Co-curricular trainings to support students in their learning and activities.
- Assist in taking photographs and recording videos for school events, and ah-hoc activities
- Assist in the troubleshooting of simple Audio Visual /Information & Communication Technology issues
Requirements:
- Possessed a certificate in related field, or its equivalent.
- Candidate should also be an excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is needed.
- Candidate with at least two years of relevant experiences within the past three years will be preferred.
