Main Duties:
- Using Netsuite, our business management software, to support the Trade Sales Team & Ecom team with sales transaction generation, invoicing, stock-level analysis, delivery, and aftersales issues (including but not limited to missed delivery, missing/excess stock, QC)
- Maintain proper records of sales transactions, purchase orders and delivery orders
- Co-ordinate with warehouse on pick and pack and scheduling of delivery
- Troubleshooting with warehouse PIC’s on any issues that arise from the above
- Monthly reconciliation of consignment reports and billing
- Handling auditor's queries on any SG Purchase and sales transactions.
- QC Check at 3PL warehouse and housekeeping when necessary
- Assist the Ecom team with pick and pack when needed
- Assist sales with atrium sales and customer’s baby expo setups as and when necessary
- Assist with annual stock audit for all warehouses, offices & consignment locations and consolidate results
- Customer service support for [email protected]
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager as required
- General Office maintenance (Ordering office supplies, pantry supplies, coordinating aircon/printer maintenance)
- Any Finance related operations duties
- Cover tasks of operations colleague in their absence
