Headquartered in London, Vuealta is a young and dynamic consulting firm with offices across US, North America and Singapore. Our fast-growing Singapore office is hiring for a variety of roles to expand our energetic team in various directions.
The Role
In the role of a Project Manager, you are expected to engage the customer and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to help deliver projects according to revenue, cost and customer satisfaction targets set. You will spend a large part of your day in direct communications with the customer, working to improve their overall experience with our Anaplan solutions and our project team supporting them. You will interact with diverse stakeholders across the organization including sales, solutions architects, model builders and project teams to deliver the best solutions with efficient use of resources.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manages Anaplan projects and is responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed by implementation and support team
- Resolves conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues
- Communicates with clients to assess satisfaction levels with product solutions and services
- Responsible for overall project management, including all phases of PMI project management concepts: Project Integration, Scope, Time Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement
- Works with Delivery Lead to staff project team members
- Interfaces with other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project
- Updating clients on project status, flagging anticipated risks and mitigation plans
- Participates in presales support as needed
The right candidate will possess a strong project management background in the IT services industry, leading cross-functional projects from design to launch, and will have a well-rounded technical background in Anaplan. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

This role reports to the APAC Delivery Lead.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery and Coordination (60%)
- Ensure all verticals work together effectively to meet project needs and client expectations by checking in regularly with relevant stakeholders to scope work, identify appropriate resources and resource needs, and communicate to customers
- Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work towards resolving them
- Anticipate and make trade-offs, balancing business needs with technical/operational constraints
- Navigate complex stakeholder tiers to prioritize work and understand the level of details needed in presentations/progress reports
- Manage and prioritize the workloads of the team against agreed targets
- Monitor project progress to meet performance and quality targets
People Development (40%)
- Work closely with vertical leads to identify talent development needs in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth
- Partner HR in growing talent and accelerating their learning
- Coach and advise project team members on consulting best practices
- Dissemination of knowledge and best practices across the organization to drive knowledge transfer
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in leading complex business systems/applications projects
- At least 3 years in a client facing or consulting role
- Proven ability to build and maintain long term stakeholder support

- Project Management certification
- Versatility to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to think critically, and tackle ambiguity and complex problems effectively and efficiently
- Outstanding oral and written communication with stakeholders from both business and technical sides of the business
- Maturity, leadership and negotiation/influence skills to drive results
- Well versed in planning, supply chain and Agile methodology
- Anaplan knowledge strongly preferred but not required
