JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand custodian for both brands (Mayer/Mistral) Singapore/Malaysia market
2. Oversees all marketing activities within an organization
3. Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts within the team
4. Responsible for developing strategies, managing A&P budgets, setting goals and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels
5. Oversee digital marketing team on all social/digital platforms on content curations, social media strategies
6. Team management (comprises of brand & marketing, designers and digital team)
7. Website content/brand direction/maintenance
8. Offline and online communications channel planning and management
9. Involve in GTM strategy (both B2B / D2C) joint effort with respective stakeholders
10. Marketing intelligence, driven and back by data to make informed decisions on marketing/brand strategies
11. Responsible for financials budget
12. Analyse marketing initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
13. Allocate marketing budgets to integrated channels and platforms with high returns
14. Establish key metrics to track performance of marketing initiatives
15. Lead the planning of marketing campaign launches for media assets, including media briefs
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field
· Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in retail industry
· Proficient in using MS office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
· Creative thinking with sharp analytical skills and possess problem-solving skills
· Candidate should possess initiatives, accountability and a high degree of independence
· Good presentation & effective communication skills both verbal and written

· Ability to work in a fast pace and multitasking environment
· Team player with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
