Business Development Manager

Dream Solutions Pte. Ltd.

Here at Dream Solutions Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients and acuire relevant sales experience. You will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales. In addition to personal sales goals and assigned targets, you will be pivotal in winning business to reach targeted goals by ensuring that leads are exchanged, relationships are managed, and clients are given a seamless experience.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Drive business development efforts for our company, acquire new clients and manage sales targets

2. Achieve prospecting targets

3. Achieve quarterly sales target

4. Achieve monthly forecasting target

5. Assist in mataining Sales Revenue Reports

6. Clear and follow up on current Outstanding Sales Orders

7. Doing reports for Rolling YTD QTD and Monthly Sales Revenue VS Monthly Revenue Targets 8.Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the industry. 9. Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new sales

10. Work closely with the Director to complete the sales cycle


Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Meticulous and maintain 100% accuracy in all contact information

2. Goal oriented/ results driven/ willing to work more than 40 hours per week to achieve target

3. People-Person

4. Have a eye for detail

5. Excellent numeracy, literacy, and problem-solving skills

6. High level of Emotional Intelligence and motivation to succeed

7. Able to perform under pressure and tight deadline
