Account Receivable Job Role
- Preparing daily invoices to customers
- Issuing quotation or proforma invoice in accordance with project team
- Monitoring on bank receipts from customers
- Generating monthly statement of accounts
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Liaising with customers for any outstanding payments
- Liaising with banker for incoming fund
- Updating billing status to project master list
- Performing office tasks such as filling, data entry, answering phones and etc
- Performing any adhoc duties as assigned
Account Payable Job Role
- Timely recording vendors invoices
- Preparing payment and performing online banking transactions
- Updating bank balances in daily basis
- Handling for staffs claims
- Liaising with vendors and internal operation team for AP related queries
- Performing office tasks such as filling, data entry, answering phones and etc
- Performing any adhoc duties as assigned
