Job Description:


Security Administration:

  • Manage access control systems (keys, cards, security codes, etc)
  • Coordinate visitor registration and badge issuance
  • Check security cameras, and recorders and report any breakdown activity
  • Assist with emergency preparedness procedures and evacuation drills

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities & Security team
  • Oversee the Contracts, Licenses, and Calibration certificates to always ensure validity before expiration.
  • Manage and maintain facility and security related documents and records
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding facilities and security matters
  • Coordinate servicing schedule and prepare purchase quotes for the Facilities and Security team

Minimum Qualification & Experience required

  • Must be able to work independently and communicate well with various departments to support their purchases/upkeeping of equipment and tools
  • Good communication skills and pro-active attitude in problem solving
  • Experience in ISO documentation and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
  • Possess good communication skills and good negotiation skills
