Job Description:
- Assiting with maintenance of AR/AP accounts in XERO, MYOB and Excel schedule.
- Assisting with creation of invoices, purchase order & receipts.
- Assisting with the payment transactions and monitoring of cash flow.
- Assisting with preparation of weekly aging and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with monthly creation of management financials.
- Assisting with quarterly GST submission.
- Assisting with general office adminisration and data entry.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 0900am - 1800pm
- Saturdays - 0900am - 1300pm
Job requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration
- Able to wokr independently and as a team
- Able to meet deadlines
- Have a good interpersonal and anaalytical skills
- Have strong work ethics
