Event Description:
AveLIVE is proud to be the Professional Conference Organiser supporting the upcoming Singapore Sleep Conference 2024. We are looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as ushers, registration and crowd control staff to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for event participants.
Position: Ushers, registration and crowd control staff
Location: Academia, 20 College Rd, Singapore 169856
Job Responsibilities:
· Ushering attendees to venue
· Answering attendee questions and providing directions
· Registering attendees and checking them in
· Managing crowds and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent customer service skills
· A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· A positive and friendly attitude
Event Dates and Times:
· March 22, 2024: 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM
· March 23, 2024: 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM
Compensation:
· March 22, 2024, 7:15 AM to 1:45 PM: $80 nett
· March 22, 2024: 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM: $105 nett
· March 23, 2024: 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM: $105 nett
- Both March 22 and 23, 2024: $220 (i.e., $105 per day plus a $10 bonus)
Breakfast and lunch provided on March 22 and 23. Compensation is nett, no transport / cab claim.
