Position: Human Resource Risk and Compliance Officer
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Description:
- Conduct fit and proper checks, including daily/periodic AML/SCCB screening.
- Conduct annual credit screening for Senior Managers/Material Risk Takers.
- Regularly update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory updates and policies.
- Oversee the registration matters of financial representatives in the company.
- Assist in RNF checks.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of quarterly email notifications to staff.
- Assist in managing the team's RCSA and CSA reviews.
- Coordinate Divisional-wide RCSA and CSA reviews, handle Business Continuity Management (BCM) matters, and review vendors' fitness and propriety based on Third-Party Risk Management Guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR risk or compliance-related roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in understanding regulations and capable of designing and developing policies and implementation plans for regulatory compliance.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
