Operation Director Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve operations-related work problems such as supply delay, quality control or manufacturing issues
- Identifying more cost-efficient ways to do business, setting and executing department and company-wide budgets, and forecasting efforts
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
