Role Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding procedures, managing paperwork and updating personnel files (P-Files)
- Support recruitment process, such as job postings and scheduling interviews etc
- Assist in payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Personal Assistant
- Managing, coordinating & organize meetings, calendar, handling agenda preparation
- Participate in meetings, ensuring precise documentation of discussions
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by MD
Role Requirements:
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated, with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational abilities, excels in multitasking, and exhibits a meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and Team Collaboration: A self-driven individual who proactively contributes as a team player.
