Sales Order Administrator

Admin

- Prepare customer quotations

- Fulfilling orders

- Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.

- Responsible to manage customers’ orders and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process.

- Data entry

- Manage sales hotline and follow up on all customer and other sales enquiries

- And other admin matters as assigned by Supervisor


Prerequisites

- No experience required as training will be given.

- Minimum of 1-year related experience in related Food wholesale trade

will be advantageous

- Proficient in MS office applications

- Attention to details, a proactive team player, good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Responsible and customer service-oriented person

- Bilingual in spoken and written English and Chinese, good knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin
