Position: Human Resource Employee Support Executive
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Description:
- Oversee the onboarding administration process, managing employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, and employee declarations.
- Initiate post-employment screenings, identifying and communicating discrepancies to HR Business Partners.
- Handle various staff movement activities, including transfers, secondments, employment type conversions, retirement, and cessation of employment.
- Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers as needed.
- Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents.
- Uphold good data management practices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
- Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system.
- Provide thoughtful, accurate, and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
- Undertake any other duties or projects assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum a Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Have a good understanding of the Employment Act.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Exhibit the ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive working attitude, results-oriented mindset, and a service-focused approach to processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, showcasing multitasking abilities and handling high-volume work with minimal supervision.
