CNPLaw LLP (“CNPLaw”), a leading full-service Singapore law firm, is inviting experienced mid-level corporate lawyers to join our Corporate Advisory Practice Group as a Senior Legal Associate or Legal Associate. The ideal candidate should have:
- 2 – 4 years’ of post-qualification law firm experience
- at least 1 to 5 years’ PQE with solid corporate and commercial experience involving M&A and equity and debt investments; Newly called candidates may apply.
- good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills;
- willingness to work with and contribute to various teams across practice groups;
- the ability to run files with minimal supervision and lead junior lawyers;
- the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently; and
- a self-driven approach and positive attitude.
