Position: Human Resource ESFP and Staff Loan Officer
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Details:
- Support with administration and processing of staff loans benefits.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT for system and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Generate loan reports and provide ongoing support for administration in different entities.
- Assist in the annual employee share purchase plan enrollment.
- Support ongoing ESPP administration as a checker and handle regulatory reporting.
- Process work injury compensation claims as needed.
- Manage vendor bills/invoices for benefits, ensuring timely payments.
- Contribute to wellness initiatives.
- Participate in audit exercises and due diligence activities.
- Support the implementation of employee wellness initiatives.
- Contribute to various projects, including HCM, and handle day-to-day activities in the benefits team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits operations.
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Advantageous experience in vendor management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Meticulous, analytical, and skilled in numerical analysis.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Team player with effective communication skills, collaborating well with vendors and stakeholders.
- Proactively suggests improvements to enhance existing processes.
