Job Description:
- Assist Head Chef in create Fine-Dining menu that highlights the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine
- Assist in plan and oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Assist Head Chef for supervision and coaching and training to the team members
- Assist in plan and food preparation process
- Consistent production of high-quality dishes
- Ensure kitchen operations are run smoothly and adhere to standards set in order to maintain and enhance guest’s experiences and satisfaction
- Passionate and have knowledge of Japanese beverage and cocktail
- Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables and fish used to prepare food
- Planning for ingredients purchased
Requirements:
- Experience with Omakase-Style Restaurant
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen process
