Job Description
- Plan, schedule, supervise the daily opearions of the plant
- Ensure plant in good working condition
- Check subordinates and contract drivers' performance and exercise disciplinary action, if necessary
- Ensure plant safety and compliance with government authorities requirement
- Indent, control materials requirement for production.
- Liaise and co-ordinates with customers as well as suppliers.
Requirement
- Relevant working experience in supervisory role
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Possess Class 3 driving licence
