Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to spearhead the growth of our E-Commerce business. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our E-Commerce operations, from strategic planning to execution. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, enhance user experience, and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the E-Commerce strategy and digital roadmap to achieve business objectives.
Commercial Operations: Oversee the end-to-end commercialization and operation of our E-Commerce business, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and maximize growth opportunities.
Content Strategy: Devise and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including promotional campaigns, to attract and engage customers.
Financial Management: Take full accountability for the E-Commerce Profit & Loss (P&L), driving revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record of success in E-Commerce management, preferably within the healthcare industry (Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs), including their needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
Technological Proficiency: Technologically savvy with a user experience-centric approach, adept at leveraging technology to enhance E-Commerce operations and customer experience.
Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Resilience: Resilient and unfazed by failure, with the ability to adapt to challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
