1. PURCHASE AND CONTROL OF THE COMPANY'S INVENTORY (JAPANESE DRIED, CHILLED AND FROZEN FOODSTUFF.
2. RESPOND ACTIVELY TO ENQUIRIES AND FEEDBACK.
3. LIAISE WITH VARIOUS JAPANESE VENDORS AND LOCAL CUSTOMERS FOR THE LUNCH OF VARIOUS FOOD FAIRS HERE IN SINGAPORE.
4. COORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE SPEEDY EXECUTION OF CUSTOMERS' PROJECTS.
5. SET UP AND MAINTAIN THE COMPANY'S E-COMMERCE WEBSITE
6. PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WITH BUDGET PROPOSALS, PROJECTION OF SALES FORECAST AS WELL AS EDUCATING STAFF OF THE COMPANY'S OBJECTIVES AND DIRECTION
