Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained.
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied
- Ensure good record keeping and filing administration
- Ensure the building cleanliness
- Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed side
- Supervise and manage term contractors and ensure works are carried in accordance with contract specifications
- Assist in the monthly rental collection and leasing of the Group’s properties
- Contracts Management (Vendors)
- Tenant Management and fitting out/renovation related matters
- 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Dormitory
- Responsible hosting regular inspection to check room housekeeping, cleanliness, safety and maintenance.
- Responsible for dormitory administration matters such as coordinating workers’ room occupancy activities, workers’ conflicts and dormitory facilities & maintenance matters
- To be responsible for the efficient operation of all operations aspects of the dormitory
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industry facility management
- Good understanding of building’s M&E systems
- Good initiative and able to work independently
