Job Responsibilities:
- To manage all documents for the project(s)
- Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents / reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
- Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
- Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
- Review each document for conformity and accuracy
- Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy
- accessibility to specific records and projects
- Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
- Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
- Generate various document control reports as required Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Minimum 3 years experience of Document Control in Construction industry
- Proficient in MS Office - Good Knowledge of Aconex & Newforma is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent
